Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to www2777 and its operating entity. References to "you" or "your" refer to the registered account holder or any person accessing the platform.

Where any term used in these Terms & Conditions is not defined in the table above, its ordinary English meaning shall apply. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on www2777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative of a company, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Territory in which online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from www2777 or had a previous Account suspended for terms violations, unless you have received express written reinstatement from the compliance team.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of www2777 or any of its affiliated game studio providers.
• You are registering with accurate, complete, and current personal information. www2777 reserves the right to require documentary evidence to confirm any detail provided at registration.
• You are not acting under the influence of another person or party who is using your Account for their own benefit — one Account per individual is strictly enforced.

www2777 performs age and identity verification checks in accordance with its KYC policy. Age verification via National ID (NID) is a mandatory step before any withdrawal is processed. Where reasonable grounds exist to suspect that a Player is underage, the Platform may suspend the Account pending verification at any time, without prior notice.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on www2777. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or using a different device or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide a valid email address, a unique password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID card. www2777 uses this information to verify your identity and to communicate important account notifications, including changes to these Terms & Conditions and transaction confirmations.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share them with any third party.
• You must notify www2777 immediately at support@www2777 if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
• www2777 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to ask for your password. Any such request from a party claiming to be www2777 should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any bets placed or withdrawals requested, until you notify us of a security breach and we have confirmed suspension of the affected Account.
• www2777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, where available, to add an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

www2777 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that the Account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or in a manner that poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform. In such cases, the Platform will notify the affected Player as soon as reasonably practicable and provide an opportunity to respond, unless disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on www2777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not apply currency conversion fees to BDT deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment channels. By depositing funds into your www2777 Wallet, you confirm that the funds originate from a payment method registered in your own name and that you are not using funds derived from any illegal activity.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no upper limit on single deposits, subject to the payment provider's own transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the www2777 Wallet in real time, typically within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your Wallet balance due to card network processing times.
• www2777 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own service charges, which are outside our control.
• Deposits may be declined if our fraud-monitoring system flags the transaction as suspicious. In such cases, please contact support for assistance.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request.
• KYC verification (Bangladesh National ID submission) is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. First-time withdrawal requests that have not completed KYC will be held pending verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the www2777 Account. Third-party withdrawal requests are not permitted.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within a few hours for fully verified accounts. Complex cases or large withdrawals may require additional review and may take up to 3 business days.
• www2777 reserves the right to request additional documentation (such as proof of address or source of funds) before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold, as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
• Funds credited to your Wallet as Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

www2777 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on selected slots, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Article and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

1. One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
2. Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money deposits and will be clearly labelled in your Wallet. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.
3. Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (typically between 15x and 30x the bonus amount) that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page.
4. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino games, table games, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — refer to the individual promotion terms for the applicable contribution table.
5. Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Any Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress that remain at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
6. Maximum bet limits apply when playing with Bonus Funds. Placing individual bets above the stated maximum bet limit (typically ৳500 per spin or ৳1,000 per sports bet wager) while a bonus is active is considered a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
7. www2777 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not retroactively affect wagering progress already completed by players in good faith.
8. www2777 may require you to opt in explicitly to a promotion before it is eligible for activation. Retrospective claims for bonuses not opted into at the time of deposit are not accepted.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on www2777 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all selections, stake amounts, and bet types before submitting. www2777 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void confirmed bets except in the limited circumstances described below.

Sports Betting Rules

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a result dispute, www2777's decision based on the official governing body's determination is final.
• In-play bets placed after an event has concluded, or after the relevant in-play market has officially closed, will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Wallet.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to the specific rule for that sport as published in the sportsbook rules section. For cricket, a match must complete a minimum number of overs as specified to be considered a valid result for most markets.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are manifestly incorrect due to a technical error — are not honoured. www2777 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds and to refund the stake to the Player's Wallet.
• The Platform's maximum payout per single bet is ৳5,00,000 (BDT five lakh). Winnings on accumulator bets are capped at ৳10,00,000 per settlement event. Bets placed in excess of these limits will be paid up to the stated maximum only.

Casino & Game Rules

• All RNG casino games on www2777 use certified random number generation from internationally audited studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by www2777 or by any Player action other than the normal gameplay decisions permitted by the game's rules.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be settled using the last confirmed game state recorded by the game server. If no valid game state can be confirmed, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer (card draws, wheel spins, dice rolls) and are recorded in real time. www2777 has no control over live game outcomes beyond the dealer's compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run payout rate for each game and are not a guarantee of short-term results for any individual player session.

Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

www2777 maintains the integrity of its Platform by enforcing a strict code of conduct for all registered Players. The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illicitly obtained money. www2777 reports suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the Platform.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform's software to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operation. Any winnings generated through known or suspected software errors are void.
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, make deposits, or interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual human actions.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one registered Account for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Underage gambling: Providing false age information to gain access to the Platform. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward www2777 support staff or other players in any live chat or communication channel.

Where www2777 suspends an Account pending investigation of suspected prohibited conduct, it will notify the affected Player by email within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, www2777's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

www2777 shall not be liable for any of the following, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of data caused by technical failure, server outage, cyberattack, or any other event outside the Platform's reasonable control.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind, including reputational damage, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match schedules, or promotional material, which may contain errors or become outdated.
• Losses caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, and Mastercard, where the loss arises from the payment provider's own error, downtime, or policy change.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-ordered internet shutdowns, power outages affecting data centres, or pandemic-related service restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by www2777's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
